Hey Folks,
It's been a crazy year, and an odd start to the new year. I'm not working right now so I have plenty of time to retool old projects and create new layouts, plot and plan, etc etc.
So I'm in talks with stickam to find a new time slot for my web show, an earlier slot, and slot with more potential traffic. A slot where people can comfortably hide behind their cubicle walls and throw me on while the boss isn't looking. So look out for that. It's kind of funny, we get about 20,000 viewers in the course of an hour now, and sometimes I get bummed when it only hits 16,000. (my youtube videos are lucky to even come cloe to 16k usually what an odd world of statistics this internet is).
In the mean time I've been focusing on making things prettier, more interesting and just generally having more content for when I'm not live.

not to mention the hundreds of pictures and videos created and uploaded from members on our ning.
Speaking of members as a part of all the new changes we've come up with an idea for a new segment.
We're going to start doing 'Featured Member Shout Outs', you can already see it being implimented on the Ning. But we're going to start featuring a member profile on the show itself.
So if you're an artist, photographer, musician, video maker etc
• sign up - (it's just like a more intimate version of myspace or facebook)
• fill out your profile,
• upload pictures, videos, songs, etc
• and bamn you're on your way to being featured to our viewers.

| And the Hit Parade Continues |

So i recently signed up to eHow.com and just to get the feel for the site I took yea old Binder Clip reindeer video and turned it into a step by step article.
And like 2 days later I get an email from an editor saying she'd like to feature the article! So blam! I'm on the front page of eHow today. :)
good times.

I feel like all I do lately is talk about the internet, and this website or that website that I'm featured on... and I've come to a conclusion. That's what I do. This was always meant to be used as a blog to jot done my place in history. So I no longer feel any remorse about these types of entries.
This is the success I'm getting, so I'm going to be proud about it

Hey Folks,
So I've just put up what I think is by far the best video I've done to date. A lot of people are telling me it should be featured, but I'm thinking since I was recently featured youtube might ignore it. So hopefully if enough people write the editors it can get the viewership it warrants.

I've just passed one million total Video Views and 2000 subscribers!

to be specific, but hey who's counting.
It's funny. I've actually made several goals based on youtube, and each time I make one I seem to magically achieve months before my goal.
I'm going to get a second category feature
I'm going to get front page feature
I'm going to get 2000 subs... a million views... I had till January for most of these goals.
maybe I should start taking these things out of youtube terms... try it out IRL
time for my own TV show
